HLG Platform Usage & Privacy Notice

Who may use this platform

This is an internal Henley Leadership Group platform for approved users. Use your own account, keep your access details private, and use the platform only for authorized HLG coaching, learning, and program-management work.

Privacy and confidentiality

HLG uses account, program, coaching, resource, and activity information to operate the platform and support authorized work. Access is limited by environment and role. Do not copy, download, or share private information unless your HLG responsibilities require it.

Production and Sandbox

Production and the HLG sandbox are separate environments. Sandbox records are approved demo or testing data and must not be treated as production records. Check the visible environment label before entering or changing information.

Safe and appropriate use

Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, upload harmful material, expose private records, or use information outside the HLG purpose for which your access was granted.

• Report an incorrect environment, unexpected access, or suspected privacy issue to the HLG platform owner.
• Do not place credentials, session details, or unapproved sensitive information in support messages or uploads.
• HLG may review platform activity as needed for security, support, and accountability.
